Making formation accessible
We believe that access to leadership development should not be limited by economic circumstance. The Valerna Vento scholarship program exists to support supervisors who want to develop their leadership capacity and face genuine financial barriers to participation.
Who the scholarship is for
The scholarship program is designed for supervisors and shift leaders in Mexican industry who meet the program's participation criteria and who face genuine economic barriers to self-funding their participation in the Valerna Vento formation program.
Scholarship recipients participate in the same open cohort format as full-paying participants. There is no distinction in the quality or content of the formation received.
The number of scholarships available in each cohort is limited by the capacity of the program to absorb them while remaining sustainable. Applications are reviewed individually and decisions are communicated directly.
"A supervisor who leads well benefits not just their team, but their entire organization. We want economic circumstance to be one less barrier to that development."
